WebThe .chitubox file contains separate data for the model and the supports that Chitubox can read, it's possible to edit/add/remove supports using that format. I don't know about Prusa but I assume it has something similar and maybe compatible with Chitubox. WebSep 6, 2024 · Since updating to latest version 1.9.0, Chitubox will no long open .stl files or project files. When I select open (to open stl) message says 'The file cannot be accessed by the system.'. Same message appears when I try to open a project file. I tried uninstalling and reinstalled but no luck. Any ideas please as I basically now can't slice ... WebFeb 28, 2024 · Each product can do that differently, but most seem to assume an .stl dimension of 1 = 1 mm (as does Chitubox). If the system that created the file had some other notion it will be displayed larger or smaller by Chitubox. As an example, here's a front towing eye bar for my side-by-side I designed in FreeCAD--it is 11" long.

Add the pluging (browse to where you stored the ZloyduhCws.CHplugin file earlier. Install it. Now restart Chitubox. It works now. Open an stl, add supports, whatever, then slice. Now, when you click on SAVE in Chitubox it will save as a .cws file! It worked for me.
