WebMay 2, 2015 · You need to make the passenger line by clicking three times: Station A, Station B, again Station A. The train needs to know where to return to again. Just clicking Station A and Station B leaves the line unfinished. This, it's just the same as making a bus line. Local trains do not autogenerate like intercity ones, they have to be told where to go. There just needs to be a path from the depot to your line.
